DESCRIPTION
Edradour is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland, in the Perthshire hills. Caledonia is matured entirely in oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46 percent and unchillfiltered. Sweet and honeyed on the nose with dried fig and date, then dark fruitcake, orange peel, singed raisin and prune, caramel and toasted almond. The finish is dry and spicy with a dusting of cocoa.
