In 1965 Enzo Bianchi, an icon of Argentine oenology, launched the Don Valentín Lacrado wine, a superior quality wine in honor of his father and founder of our winery. This is how an Argentine classic was born that has been part of our history for more than 50 years, in this case, in its Cabernet Sauvignon varietal.
The only grape that can make the Malbec range controversial as the ultimate steak wine is of course Cabernet Sauvignon. In Argentina you get intense fragrant red wine which is densely packed with lots of black currants, peppers and tobacco. A beautiful wine that is lively and intense.
- Very attractive color with ruby red nuance.
- Spicy aromas, red pepper, black pepper and seductive hints of ripe red fruits, which identify this varietal from the San Rafael terroir.
- Due to the characteristics of our soil, we can find some mineral and fresh notes that end up giving this wine more youth and vivacity. It has a very good acid balance that ends up giving us an elegant, balanced wine that can be accompanied with any type of food.
