The plots for the Blanc de Blancs stretch down to the edge of the sea, giving this great white wine its inimitable personality. It is a combination of 3 vine varieties: Semillon for its roundness, suppleness and taste of honey, Ugni Blanc for its liveliness and youth, Rolle for its consistency and floral and fruity notes. It has a well developed, complex and distinguished bouquet, with the aromas of stone fruit mingling with spices and wild flowers. Serve with asparagus, shellfish, seafood, lobster, or bouillabaisse. An excellent aperitif.
