Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, so nothing gets between the Chardonnay and the Kimmeridgian limestone underneath it. Zesty citrus and Granny Smith apple on the nose, a little peach, then a clean mineral finish with the oyster shell note the region is known for. Classically made and priced to drink rather than keep. Good with seafood and fresh cheese.
