This Pommard Premier Cru from Domaine Boris Champy in Burgundy is fermented and aged 16 18 months in French oak (30% new), imparting black cherry, earthy truffle and firm tannins. The En Boeuf lieu-dit yields structured, ageworthy red burgundy at 13% ABV.
