The wine was great. However, your policy of charging you upon ordering should be reviewed. After hearing nothing about my order (that was charged to my credit card) after a week, I called to inquire. I was told the wine was not in stock and it might be in a few days. After another week, I called again with no definitive answer. I was just about ready to cancel the order, and I was notified my items were getting prepared for shipping. If an item is out of stock, we should be notified of that at the time of order. I don’t believe we should be charged at the time of order, but once the item is shipped. Please review this policy.
