DESCRIPTION
Gin obtained an elegant copper color during the aging process. Nose has full toffee, caramel sweetness with hints of spice. Initial taste is sweet and full with a hint of citrus, spice and subtle wine notes. Midpalate is where you find the only true remnants of gin with juniper, cardamom and the rose-like coriander resting in the background.
The finish is quite long, sweet and surprising spice-filled with cassia, clove, ginger and black pepper. At the very end there are chocolate and oak notes. This is a truly unique spirit that transcends gin with a combination of characteristics more often found in bourbon, cognac and even rum.
