DESCRIPTION
Ambassador is the flagship ultra-premium rum from Diplomático, crafted in Venezuela at DestilerÃas Unidas. It is made primarily from sugarcane honey and distilled in copper pot stills, producing a rich, full-bodied spirit. Aged for up to 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for two additional years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, Ambassador showcases deep notes of dried fruit, spice, molasses, chocolate, and raisin. The distillery lies at the foot of the Andes, where mountain-fed water and stable tropical temperatures influence the rum's aging environment.
