From Dictador distillers in Colombia comes a rum which has been aged for 100 months in ex-bourbon barrels before being filtered though Arabica coffee beans - one of Colombia's many well know goods. This brings a spicy, aromatic profile to the aged rum, making it excellent over ice or in cocktails. We're sure that plenty of marvellous mixed drinks could be made with this classic pairing of coffee and rum notes.
A new Dictador range from Columbia’s sumptuous Caribbean coast: 100 months. Obtained by distillation and then ageing for 100 months in oak barrels, 100 months Café then serves as a base for the maceration of Arabica coffee beans.
