This cuvée is dominated by Grenache with Syrah providing depth. Delas vinifies the wine traditionally, with long macerations to extract richness and complexity. Aged in a mix of foudres and barrels, Haute Pierre shows black cherry, licorice, leather, dried herbs, and mineral notes typical of the Rhône's most famous appellation.
