- Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
- Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL's heritage four-column metal French Savalle still and multi-pressure rectification still (MPRS)
- Aromas of caramelized palm sugar and vanilla buttercream precede a palate that oscillates between sweet molasses and fresh, green sugarcane fibers with a hint of toasted almond and nutmeg on the finish
- 40% ABV This dark rum has the strength and full-bodied taste to appeal to both the traditional and adventurous rum drinkers while adding depth and complexity to cocktails
