A classic Côte de Lechet nose features plenty of citrus character along with notes of oyster shell, mineral reduction and an appealing spice nuance.
There is fine volume to the caressing but decidedly punchy flavors that could also use more depth, but the stuffing appears to be present for that to occur and my rating assumes that it will if allowed a few years of bottle age first.
