Explore the south of France with a delightful and delicate dry Rose. Refreshing aromas of rose petals and wild lavender give way to flavors of warm, sun-ripened strawberry and white peach. Sourced from the Cotes de Provence region, known for its brilliant sunshine, this fruity Rose is a delicious blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Each varietal is harvested at optimal maturity, directly pressed, cold settled and then put through a separate cold vinification. After delicate fermentation in stainless steel, the wines are blended just before bottling.
