DESCRIPTION
Cooper Mountain has farmed organically in the Willamette Valley since 1995 and biodynamically since 1999, and this one is fermented with native yeast. Dark cherry and raspberry with dried herb and spice, then dark berry and pomegranate on the palate with earth, cola and a little toasted oak. Dry but fruity, with good acidity and a velvety feel. Beef, duck, salmon or lamb.
