• Three bottles each of banana, pineapple, coffee, and Piment d’Espelette liqueurs produced by Giffard in Angers, France • Banane du Brésil: Brazilian bananas are macerated in sugar beet distillate and additionally fortified with Cognac; 25% ABV • Caribbean Pineapple: Fresh pineapples are combined with clove, nutmeg, and sugar beet distillate, and the final infusion is further fortified with 7-year-old Panamanian rum; 20% ABV • Café du Honduras: Fair trade, single-origin arabica coffee is harvested in Honduras, roasted in Auvergne, France, and cold macerated in sugar beet distillate; 25% ABV • Piment d’Espelette: Red chile peppers grown only in the Basque region of France are macerated for four weeks in sugar beet distillate and additionally fortified with aged rhum agricole from Martinique; 40% ABV This convenient and versatile lineup of some of the most compelling flavors in Giffard’s Premium range (which highlights ingredients with unique origins) will spark a myriad of cocktailing possibilities, including easy riffs on classics and beyond.
