DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
A crisp expression of northeastern Italy's signature white varietal. Colli Di Poianis' Sauvignon Blanc showcases the mineral precision of Colli Orientali del Friuli, where the vineyard's mature vines yield concentrated fruit with textural complexity. The winemaking philosophy—manual harvest, gentle pressing, and cold settling with twice-daily stirring—preserves delicate aromatics and natural acidity. Expect herbaceous top notes, stone fruit, and a clean, lingering finish. Ideal as an aperitif or alongside seafood and fresh cuisine.
