DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
- Cognac produced by Maison Ragnaud-Sabourin in Ambleville, France
- Appellation Cognac Grande Champagne Contrôlée
- Double distilled in Charentais copper pot stills
- Aged 45 years in French oak barrels
- 46% ABV “This is a very intense Cognac, 45 years old and released at a higher ABV. Baked apricot, rich orange, and quince are but three fruits that come to mind when nosing the glass. Additional touches of honey weave their way into the toffee, vanilla, and oak notes. The palate is thick, intense and mouth-watering. The finish is rich yet ethereal, bringing flavors of candied fruits, dark chocolate, leather and toasted spices. This Cognac is for people that know what they are doing.”, Charles Neal, Charles Neal Selections
