Wonderful 2016 vintage Bordeaux with 80% Merlot & 20% Cabernet. Vines grown in soil with high clay and lime stone then aged for 12 months in a stainless steel tank. This results in a fruity wine with great structure and intense complex aromas.
This wine pairs well with holiday meals including braised lamb, hearty stew or pasta dishes, and roasted vegetables.
