CHANSON MEURSAULT 1ER CRU PERRIERES BLANC 2019 6P

The Meursault-Perrières Premier Cru 2019 from the Chateau de Meursault is undoubtedly one of the best terroirs of Meursault. The manual harvest is followed by a slow and progressive pressing that allows the extraction of the richest juice. Static decantation for a dozen hours allows the must to be clarified, which is then moved to the barrels to carry out the alcoholic fermentation. Each parcel of vineyard is pressed, vinified and aged separately to allow the most complete expression of their terroir. Careful monitoring is performed to obtain the richness, complexity and balance function of the characteristics of each vintage. The wines are aged in new oak barrels for 35% and the remaining second passage barrels. The barrels are assembled before bottling after aging from 15 to 18 months.

Expressive nose with ripe, woody and toasted aromas. The mouth is fresh, broad and generous. The minerality of the Perrières climate brings a good mouthfeel and a long finish.
