No dosage lets the juicy Meunier really shine and when your nose dives into the glass, you can close your eyes and feel like you've entered a Parisian bakery freshly pulling crackling almond croissants out of the oven.
Raw honey and golden-delicious apple waft in, followed by baked white peach, chalky minerality, some nuttiness on the edges. Great acid, and a much cleaner, drier finish than I had anticipated from the nose.
