Paul Laurent is a Champagne house, and this is its Brut Rosé: pale salmon in the glass and made with Pinot Noir at its heart, which is where the red-fruit character comes from.
Expect redcurrant, raspberry and strawberry on the nose, then a bone-dry, lively palate with fine bubbles and a clean finish. It's not trying to be complicated. It's an easy, tasty rosé Champagne that you'll want to keep coming back to, and that's the point of it.
