Bad service

Terrible you delivered it after I left the vacation spot. You lied to me about the delivery told me they tried I contacted freight company and they said that was a lie . So now my product is in the hands of the people I visited and I am not there to enjoy it . Thanks for a large bill for a product I will not get to enjoy , lying to me was the added insult to this debacle . I will not recommend you and will advise friends and associates against ever using your company. I am was could have been a large customer of this product with a case approximately every 2 months . This is your loss and with the way you do business my estimation is that it will continue unless you change your strategy. So you know my background for 30 plus years was customer service and the owner of a large retail company. Had I ran my business this way I would not have grown it from one location to multiple locations. Goodbye and good riddance.
