On the nose evident red fruits such as fresh strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Notes of freshly picked rose, candy and a spicy hint of pepper. Intense, quite complex, fine. Taste consistent with olfactory.
The nose is strawberry syrup drizzled over a soft serve swirl of vanilla and chocolate. The palate leans into the fruit element, with cherry and raspberry flavors joining the strawberries, before a citrus astringency bites on the finish.
