• Aged blended Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana • Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication • Composed of Skeldon (SWR) and Blairmont (B) marques distilled from molasses in DDL’s heritage French Savalle column still • Aged minimum 3 years in ex-bourbon casks • Double filtered through specialized natural charcoal • Aromas of young coconut, buttered popcorn, and banana custard; an oily palate echoes the nose, dialing in on coconut and vanilla bean; wood tannin and pandan leaf on the finish • 40% ABV Don’t be deceived by its crystalline appearance—this “white” rum has been tropically aged for 3 years!
