• Aged rum produced by Piccadily Distilleries in Haryana, India • Produced from 100% cane juice from sugarcane grown locally in Haryana • 24–48-hour closed fermentation in stainless steel using cultured yeast • Double distilled in copper pot stills • Aged 3 years in ex–bourbon casks • Notes of butterscotch, oak, sea salt, and honey precede a dry, oily palate of leather, green olive, vanilla, and a whisp of char smoke • No additives or coloring • Non-chill filtered; 42.8% ABV Camikara’s entry-level expression is crafted as an everyday rum that serves as an introduction not only to Indian rum, but also the category at large. Soft and approachable with just enough oak influence to allow the grassy essence of the sugarcane to shine through, Camikara 3 Year is aged, blended, and proofed for sipping on the rocks or mixing in cocktails.
