DESCRIPTION
Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cao and Tinta Roriz from the Quinta da Leda estate in the Douro Superior, close to the Spanish border. Eighteen months in oak, half of it new. Deep ruby, with plum, cassis, cedar, clove and nutmeg over violet and a little chocolate. Good volume on the palate with black pepper and black fruit, velvety tannins, vibrant acidity and a slate-like mineral note. Table wine from Port country, and it stands up.
