Hailing from the meticulously and organically farmed Shake Ridge Ranch, this wine is an embodiment of the volcanic-rich soils, layered quartz, basalt, shale, and soapstone that are found in this magical vineyard.
These beautiful grapes were co-fermented 50% Grenache and whole-cluster 50% Tempranillo and saw native yeast and bacteria fermentation, racked once, andminimaleffective sulfites right before bottling.
This wine expresses the diversity of nature and its unique microclimate and terroir.
