The Private Collection of Carmel Winery fulfils the dream of the late Baron Edmund de Rothschild, founder of the Carmel Winery in 1882. Private Collection series of Carmel Winery, in production since the 1980's, is a household name in Israel.
This established, high quality series consists of varietal and non-varietal wines, produced from grapes grown in vineyards in several growing regions in Israel.
