The second wine of Chateau Angelus, Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classe A. It takes the younger vines and the barrels that do not make the first wine, which is why it drinks well years earlier. Blackberry, plum and black cherry with mocha, baking spice and a little dark chocolate. Medium bodied, soft, juicy, the tannins fine. Approachable now.
