• Aged blended Caribbean rum produced by Saint Benevolence • A blend of pot-distilled sugarcane juice from Dominican Republic and column-distilled molasses from Barbados; distilleries non-disclosed • Distillates are aged 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels in their native countries • Blended and bottled in Jacksonville, Florida • An enticing nose of shortbread, orange blossom, candy corn, and ripe peach precedes a palate of ripe plantains, vanilla wafers, dried pineapple, and wood spice • 42% ABV This rum was the first produced by Saint Benevolence as proof of concept for the brand. Continuously delightful, this lush and approachable spirit represents geographically neighboring rum styles to Haiti’s clairin; a great entry point for lovers of whiskey or anyone beginning a deep dive into the rums of the Caribbean.
