Cardenal Mendoza Clásico is a high-quality Solera Gran Reserva Brandy from Jerez in Andalusia, for which only the best Holandas are selected. After slow and gentle distillation in alquitars or pot stills, the Holandas mature for an average of 15 years in the traditional Solera & Criadera system . Cardenal Mendoza has one of the largest Solera systems in Jerez, consisting of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels. This fine brandy is best enjoyed neat or with a piece of chocolate with more than 60% cocoa content.
