DESCRIPTION

Gaspare Campari settled on this recipe in Milan in 1860 and the house has kept it secret ever since: more than sixty herbs, spices, barks and fruit peels, cold macerated. Blood orange peel and grapefruit zest with quinine, bay leaf and cherry, then a herbaceous bitterness against a light syrupy sweetness, and a long finish of quinine and orange pith. The base of a Negroni, an Americano and a spritz.
