DESCRIPTION
Made from 100% Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana) grapes grown on Lake Garda's glacial clay-limestone soils, fruit is hand-picked and immediately chilled. The must undergoes static settling before fermentation in stainless steel at 13 °C. Post-fermentation, the wine ages six months on fine lees with gentle bâtonnage, then is bottled without added sulfites for a pure expression of the terroir.
