Caladan's Proprietary Red Blend sources Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre from California's Central Coast, fermented in stainless steel with gentle pump-overs, then aged 12 months in French oak barrels (20% new). It offers blackberry, cracked pepper and violet notes at 14.5% ABV.
