• 92% Cabernet Sauvignon & 8% Cabernet Franc • Sourced from the Cottage Lane Vineyard, a vineyard situated on the crest of a ridge on Helderberg side of the farm, 320 MASL • Clay soils • Hand harvested in small batches • Each parcel is fermented separately with indigenous yeast in open top fermenters • Aged 21 months in seasoned French oak barriques • Bottling is carried out by hand with no filtration • Aged for 16 months in bottle prior to release
