• Practicing Sustainable • 100% Cabernet Sauvignon • Sourced from the estate Quarry Vineyard in Rutherford AVA • Planted in well-drained soils comprised of volcanic rock known as Rhyolite • Hand-picked and sorted before de-stemming • Cold soaked in small tanks as whole berries • Fermented with a combination of wild and cultivated yeasts • Pressed gently in a basket press and aged in French oak (35% new) • 593 cases produced • 14.2% abv
