• 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah • Sourced from La Constancia vineyard, planted in a cool microclimate which benefits from having large diurnal shifts in temperature, 985m ASL • Mostly on granitic and alluvial soils • The vineyard and winery are certified sustainable • All fruit destemmed for crush • Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then into 225L neutral barrel • Aged for 6 months before bottling
