The Ca' del Bosco Cuvee Prestige is a blend of the best Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Nero (15%) and Pinot Bianco (10%) grapes that are vinified separately and blended with 20% of the best past vintages. Ca' del bosco goes above and beyond the required 18 months of less aging by almost a year with 28 months of refinement.
