Butter Zero is the alcohol-removed version of JaM Cellars' popular Butter Chardonnay. The base wine is fermented traditionally in California, then gently de-alcoholized using vacuum distillation to preserve aroma. It retains Butter's hallmark notes of vanilla, baked apple, and creamy texture with a crisp, alcohol-free finish.
