A complex and layered sparkling wine showing the elegance of coastal terroir, with aromas of cream, fresh berries, and brioche. The vineyard site for this wine sits at approximately 1,400 feet above sea level and was originally planted in the 1980s.
The mousse is very fine and silky, and this wine will pair beautifully with sashimi, omakase, caviar, or raw oysters. Perfect match with pasta with meat sauce, red grilled meat, carpaccio & matured cheeses.
