• 80% Sangiovese, 10% Syrah & 10% Merlot • Sangiovese planted in 1970 – La Arboleda, Uco Valley; Syrah planted in 1992 – La Consulta, Uco Valley; Merlot planted in 2000 – La Consulta, Uco Valley • Hand harvested • 100% destemmed • Sangiovese fermented with indigenous yeast in small concrete vats • Syrah & Merlot are co-fermented in small bins • Very soft and short pump-overs by hand, with at least 1 week post-fermentation maceration • Aged for 12 months in 500L French oak, 15% new
