Brotherhood Blanc de Blancs Brut, is a dry, crisp, and perfectly balanced sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Hints of white fruit emerge on the nose, starting as peach but tending towards apricot. The taste is strongly citrus, reminiscent of grapefruit, with a pleasant finish.
