The Chardonnay is single vineyard sourced from the Quartz Vineyard in the cool southern region of Napa's Oak Knoll District. Completely un-oaked with a mineralquality rarely found in traditional California Chardonnay. Yellow apples and ripepears, lemon rind and white flowers. A pithy wine that bounces around the glass with energy from the 8 months of 100% stainless steel aging.
