James Suckling Tight, intense and layered, this full-bodied wine can be appreciated now for its cocoa, blueberry and blackcurrant flavors, but will surely improve and gain complexity with time. Aged in 20% new oak, mostly barriques. Very fine-grained tannins wrap around deep blue and black fruit, with spearmint and dark chocolate buoyed by good acidity and showing great minerality in the finish. Best from 2028.

It’s a full-bodied red with a supple texture, silky, ripe tannins, and a clean finish.
