Brachetto Birbet is a distinctive sweet sparkling red from Malvira's three Roero vineyard sites. At 110 g/l residual sugar and 6 atmospheres of pressure, this is a lively dessert wine with genuine complexity.
The bouquet opens with violet, bright strawberry, raspberry, and rose hip notes. On the palate, sweet red fruit and floral character meld with a subtle chalky minerality that prevents cloying richness. The carbonation lifts the wine, making it equally suited to sipping on its own or pairing with fruit-forward desserts and soft cheeses.
