This excellent bright red wine is made with Pinot grapes, cultivated with the Guyot training system in the Southern area of Apulia region. Pinot Noir undergoes the traditional wine-making method for red grapes, which consists in de-stemming the grapes, crashing them, making the must macerate and ferment for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 19-20 °C.
Pinot Noir is light brilliant red in colour; it has an intense fruity bouquet, with strong hints of cherry. To the palate, it reveals its strength and excellent balance, velvety harmony and elegance.
