Blindfold is the delicious new white wine blend from The Prisoner Wine Company. It has a California appellation with fruit sourced from the Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Paso Robles and Santa Ynez. The blend is unique; using primarily Chardonnay (35%) and classic Rhone whites, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, with a small percentage of Riesling and Semillon to bring out the aromatics.
The wine has beautiful aromas of tropical fruit, baked apple and pear, incredible richness while maintaining acidity and freshness.
