Billard Santenay 'Les Hates' 2021 2021

Pale ruby color. Red fruit and earth on the nose. Tastes of raspberry, sour cherry, cranberry, tobacco, and earth with medium acidity and light grip from the tannins. Dry and structured. Still a bit tight, another year or two would smooth it out.

In the mouth this red wine is a with a nice freshness. This wine generally goes well with poultry, beef or veal.
