DESCRIPTION
The Vespa Bianco is the flagship of the company and it was produced to exalt the power and the evolution that a great white wine from Friuli can achieve. In its best expression it can surpass the expectation that are remarked by its ampelology conformation. It is a complex and enduring wine. It is composed by 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc. These vines are cultivated on calcareous marl soils and by using the Guyot method.
The perfect pairing is with baked turkey or chicken or cooked in humid with oranges. It is very good also with grilled white meats flavored with herbs sauces. It is good as appetizer and with vegetables soups. It has to be served at 10°-12°C in Renano wine glasses.
