Barton & Guestier Cotes De Provence Rose Tourmaline 2019 |
Wine Enthusiast 93 Points
In this wine, crisp, clean flavors are bright with acidity and lively red-fruit flavors. With this freshness and juicy character, the wine is ready to drink.
This wispy, light bodied pink composed of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 20% Syrah is a paler pink than most Tourmaline gemstones that I have seen. Rather, it is a highly classic, Provençal rosé shade of peachy-pink that looks absolutely beautiful in its tear drop-shaped bottle. Looks alone are reason enough to buy this wine for "Summer"
Barton & Guestier "Tourmaline" Description
"Light pink color. The bouquet is an explosion of red berries and fragrant flowers on the nose. Flattering citrus aromas appear when agitated. Lively on the palate with a jam-like fruit finish. Ideal as an aperitif. Excellent with Mediterranean cuisine and exotic dishes." --Winemaker notes

Great service good wine
Good communication about when wine would arrive.

very good, the wine was
very good, the wine was nice and dry on the palate and I would recommend this as a spring and summer alternative to red wine which I normally would drink.
